Smile Agenda Foundation, in partnership with Givers GH Foundation, proudly hosted Smiles of Hope 2024 on Saturday, November 16th, 2024. The initiative focused on uplifting the lives of students at Kumakuma Anglican Primary School and Kwarbea Teryi Anglican Basic School in Asewase, Eastern Region. This impactful event embodied the foundation’s mission to spread hope and transform lives through education, empowerment, and smiles.

What Happened at Smiles of Hope 2024?

The day was a vibrant celebration of community and compassion. Highlights of the event included:

• School Supply Donations: Hundreds of students received essential school supplies, including notebooks, pens, and textbooks, fostering an environment where they can thrive academically.

Continuing the Mission: Pad the Girl’s Period with Smiles

Following Smiles of Hope 2024, the foundation keeps incorporating our newest annual project Pad the Girl’s Period with Smiles, a project dedicated to ensuring menstrual hygiene for young girls in schools. This initiative aims to provide sanitary products and educate girls about menstrual health, eliminating barriers to their education.

We strongly believe that menstruation should never be a hindrance to education. Together, we can empower girls to chase their dreams without limits.
