About Smile Of Hope
Charles Dickens once said; "It’s always something, to know you’ve done the most you could. But don’t leave off hoping, or it’s of no use doing anything. Hope, hope to the last.” This is the HOPE the foundation seeks to bring to people who are trying their best to make life worth living yet couldn't reach it's peak and so the project, Smiles Of Hope ( SOH ). This is an annual project aimed at providing individuals, schools, hospitals etc. with the support they need to make life comfortable for them. In Hospital, There are loads of people who need hope as they struggle with health conditions, preventing them from enjoying life's highest comfortability. In schools Smiles Of Hope provides learners in deprived areas with all that they need to foster their teaching and learning effectively.
Goal & Objective
The Goal of this project is to reach a greater number of Ghana's population in depravity with Smile Of Hope that they've not been left out in sharing the national cake.
Each year, SOH hits a target group of individuals in schools, hospitals, etc, with the hope they need through providing them with the needed resources.
Case Study
A case study is pupils of Tokpo R/C basic school. On August 5th, 2022, 230 pupils of the school benifed from the Smiles of Hope. 45 uniforms, 571 exercise and note books, pens, 126 school bags, shoes, socks, teaching aids, clothings, pens and erasers were donated to the pupils providing them with Smile Of Hope that, though they are deprived, all Hope is not lost. Another case study is students of Kwabea Teryi Anglican Primary School. On November 3rd, 2023. One hundred and sixteen Basic School pupils received Smiles Of Hope. This pupils received, 500 exercise books, 100 bags, 2 cartons of sanitary pads, 120 pair of socks, 30 pieces of slate, 100+ pair of shoes, 70 pens, 144 Pencils, 2 containers each of Erasers and Sharpeners, 1 box of Long rules, 4 cartons of library books and clothing. Stakeholders, parents, teachers, and pupils received this project with gladness and wish they had another share.
